Fastidious Wellness sells sublingual peptide strips and related wellness products. 6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery times are affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, and customs processing on international shipments. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for any additional charges resulting from an incorrect address or refused delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because of the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. To request a return, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law. 14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTIDIOUS WELLNESS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
